	Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If
you don't agree with these terms and conditions, you must
delete these files immediately without using the product.

	                EVALUATION TIMEOUT
===================================================================

	This distribution contains the EVALUATION version
of Domain Time II for Linux (dtlinux).

	All components in the evaluation version are fully-
functional; however, if you plan to keep using them after
the thirty (30) day evaluation period, you must obtain and
apply a license key from your vendor.

	This program is NOT freeware or public-domain
software. It is commercial software distributed on a
try-before-you-buy basis.

	WHEN YOU REGISTER, you will a license key which,
when applied, will transform your evaluation version to a
registered version. You will not have to remove/reinstall,
or redo your settings.

	                TERMS AND RESTRICTIONS

	If you agree to the terms and conditions, you may use
this software product for evaluation purposes only, as
indicated below:


   1. You may install and use this product on your
      computer for the purpose of evaluating the
      software for thirty (30) days. If you like the
      software, please visit our website or email or
      call us to purchase a license for the software.

  2.  You may NOT copy this product, loan it to friends,
      sell it, resell it, distribute it via web, FTP,
      CD, or other media, or otherwise reproduce it
      other than during normal system backup procedures.
      You are expressly prohibited from disassembling or
      reverse-engineering this product or any portion
      thereof. You may not use the software on a
      service-bureau or other shared use basis. You may
      not assign this license to anyone else without our
      advance written permission. All rights not expressly
      granted herein are reserved. No other licenses,
      whether arising by implication or otherwise, are
      intended or conveyed.

  3.  This Product is NOT freeware or public domain
      software. It is commercial software distributed on a
      try-before-you-buy basis.

  4.  If after thirty (30) days you decide you don't like
      the software or if you don’t want to purchase a
      license, you must stop using the software and delete
      all copies you have.

  5.  If after thirty (30) days, you decide you like the
      software, or fail to delete any copies you have, you
      must purchase an appropriate license for it.

  6.  When you purchase a license for this product, you
      will receive free email tech support for one (1)
      year. During that time, you'll also have access to
      any hot-fixes, patches, and upgrades that Greyware
      makes available to its licensees generally without
      charge. Greyware reserves the right to discontinue
      support for this product at any time and may refuse
      to provide support to users who are not using the
      current release of the product.

  7.  GREYWARE DISTRIBUTES THIS PRODUCT ON AN "AS IS"
      BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE. Greyware
      makes no warranty of any kind as to the product's
      functionality, operation without error, usefulness,
      or suitability for a particular purpose. In particular,
      Greyware does not warrant the operation of this software
      on any particular computer system or class of system.
      Greyware disclaims all warranties of title and non-
      infringement and all warranties arising out of course
      of dealing or custom of trade. Further, Greyware is not
      liable for any damages, real or consequential, arising
      out of use of the product, or its failure to perform as
      expected. You agree to use the product entirely at your
      own risk.  If, notwithstanding the foregoing disclaimers
      of warranties, Greyware should have any liability to you,
      you agree that such liability shall be limited to the
      greater of $500 or the purchase price you paid Greyware
      for the software. Greyware will not license the product
      to you unless you agree with this allocation of risk. 

  8.  Government Users: This software is provided only
      with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. All use, duplication, or
      disclosure of this software by the government is
      subject to restrictions as set forth in the Rights
      in Technical Data -- Computer Software clause at
      DFARs 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs c(1) and c(2)
      of the Commercial Computer Software Restricted
      Rights clause at 48 C.F.R. Section 52.227-19, as
      applicable. The contractor/vendor/manufacturer
